and what we'd do.

The assessment

We didn't guess. We looked.

We mapped how Table View actually runs, three ways, so this report is grounded in your branch, not a template.

We talked
A discovery call and a sit-down with Shannon and the team to hear where the friction really is.
We visited Table View
Time on the counter and in the back office, watching the day happen, interruptions and all.
We ran the questionnaire
A short form mapping the tasks and where the hours actually go, filled in by Shannon.

The findings

Where the week goes.

In Shannon's own numbers, this is a week at Table View. The top three are 15+ hours on their own.

Work orders & WhatsApp chasing
6+ hrs
Month-end supplier reconciliation
6+ hrs
Chasing & loading invoices
3-6 hrs
Quotes, queries & stock ordering
1-3 each
The Friday report itself

Why it's hard

Not one big job.
A hundred small ones.

The Friday report itself takes under thirty minutes. It is the constant interruption on the busiest day that eats the week: a garage-door call, a battery sale, a walk-in, all while the careful work waits.

The branch is busy and doing well. That is exactly why it all lands on one person, and why the time for growth keeps getting eaten.

05 / 11
What we'd do

Five jobs, handled in the background.

Each runs on the data already in Omni, WhatsApp and email. Worst first.

Reminder tracker
Client callbacks and open loops in one place. The quick win, switched on first.
Month-end reconciliation
Matches every supplier statement to Omni and flags only the lines that do not balance. Two to three days of hunting becomes a short review.
Work-order tracker
Every order, from WhatsApp, phone, email and the counter, on one board with reminders on what is still open. Nothing slips.
Invoice-load watchdog
Flags stock received with no invoice loaded, before month-end, so the books balance the first time.
Weekly report builder
Builds your Friday report straight from Omni, ready to check and send.
06 / 11

Ten or more hours a week,
back in your hands.

Conservative against what we mapped. Your worst jobs on your busiest days, handled, so the time goes back into the branch, not the admin.

07 / 11
How it works

It stays on Omni. It stays human.

Your team stays. The goal is hours back for growth, not fewer people.
Every send is checked. Reports, chases and replies are prepared, and a person approves them before they go.
Omni stays the source of truth. We read from it and write back to it. We do not replace it.
You see everything. Nothing runs in the background that you cannot see or stop.

Whatever you choose, you end up owning your own site again. Every option starts with the handover.

These prices are for the website only. The AI operating system (the five jobs earlier in this report) is a separate build and a separate pricing discussion, which we cover on the call.

Next steps

One call, and we can get started.

The price is a conversation, not a number on a page. Here is how we get there.

Next

A call with Mike

We set up a short call and walk through everything here together: the findings, the build and the website.

On the call

Agree the price

With it all in front of us, we agree a price that fits the value to the branch.

Straight after

Get started

Once we're agreed, we begin on Table View right away.

Less busywork.
More branch.

Happy to walk through any of it. Whenever you want to talk it through, just say.
